Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we may charge additional fees for re-delivery.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations or for damaged or defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
